Synvera Services PVT LTD is seeking skilled Freelance Transcribers proficient in one or more Indian languages along with English. The role involves converting audio/video content into accurate written transcripts into English. This is a flexible remote opportunity suitable for language experts, students, and freelance professionals.
Key Responsibilities - Transcribers
· Listen to audio/video files and create accurate verbatim or clean transcripts.
· Identify multiple speakers correctly.
· Ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
· Meet strict deadlines.
Languages Required (Any One or More)
· Hindi
· Marathi
· Tamil
· Telugu
· Kannada
· Malayalam
· Bengali
· Gujarati
· Punjabi
· Odia
· Assamese
· Other regional Indian languages
Requirements
· Strong command of at least one Indian language along with English (reading, writing, understanding).
· Good understanding of grammar and spelling.
· Ability to understand different accents and dialects.
· Access to a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
· Basic familiarity with MS Word or Google Docs.
· Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with transcription tools (e.g., Express Scribe).
· Experience in general transcription / translation.
· Previous translation portfolio.
