Overview
A Food and Beverage Server greets guests, takes orders, serves meals and beverages, and ensures a high level of customer service in restaurants, hotels, cafes, or bars.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process bills and handle payments (cash, card, digital)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow food safety and service guidelines

Qualifications
