Hiring: Interior Site Supervisor Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Employment Type: Project Basis (4 Months) / Permanent Reporting To: Project Manager / Director Immediate Joining Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out works at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring timely completion of works as per approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the site. - Coordinate carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and other finishing works. - Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Monitor workforce productivity and site progress. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution. - Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities. - Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly. - Maintain daily progress reports and update management regularly. - Ensure proper material handling and minimize material wastage. - Monitor compliance with site safety requirements. - Assist in project handover and snag rectification works. Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, finishing, or interior execution works. - Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and site layouts. - Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction practices. - Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting. - Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently. Preferred Skills - Experience in residential, commercial, or office interior projects. - Knowledge of quantity verification and material tracking. - Familiarity with project scheduling and site documentation.
