We are looking for a PU Foam Processing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process of polyurethane (PU) foam, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor PU foam production lines
- Maintain quality standards during processing and cutting
- Coordinate with production staff to meet daily targets
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area
- Report production data and assist in process improvements
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (any relevant field preferred)
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic understanding of PU foam machinery and production processes (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
