We are looking for several Project Managers for our newly established Engineering Model Data & Experience within the Engineering Model Transformation (EMT) area.
We are building a new department focused on delivering digital and AI-driven initiatives across NNE that will shape the future of how we design and deliver pharmaceutical facilities.
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in turning strategy into execution driving projects that strengthen how we design, build, and deliver pharmaceutical facilities.
We do not expect you to know it all, as we ourselves need to develop and be open-minded to constantly find the right solutions. Main Roles & Responsibilities:
As Project Manager, you’ll be working with a highly skilled delivery-oriented team that will drive multi-disciplinary projects, where your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of projects that are directly linked to NNE management strategic enablers
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and communication structures towards the teams delivering within the portfolio.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, engineering disciplines and IT developers, ensuring alignment between business needs, engineering workflows, and technical solutions.
- Contribute to developing standards, templates, and best practices within your department.
Support scaling of solutions across projects and departments in close collaboration with IT and supporting the good collaboration with colleagues in Denmark.

Education and Work Experience
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A relevant higher education within engineering, IT/computer science/data science/software engineer, or similar (e.g., M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering, IT, or related field)
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience driving complex projects as project manager including a strong understanding of project execution and agile principles
- Experience working with digital solutions, data, or AI-related initiatives
- You speak and write English fluently
- Experience from pharmaceutical (GMP) and/or engineering companies is a plus
