Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Perform document filing and other back-office administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Manage office correspondence and basic documentation.
- Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
