Position: Lead MEP Coordinator
Location: Kochi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve technical conflicts.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of MEP coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and construction coordination processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹23,571.66 - ₹75,451.25 per month
