Position Title: Commissioning Engineer - Building Management System (BMS)
Location: Pune
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC system engineering and commissioning. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics and Telecommunication. Experience in commissioning of HVAC and BMS systems for infrastructure projects such as pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, and hospitals is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and Testing:
- Perform commissioning and testing of BMS.
- Verify the performance of installed systems to ensure they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
- Conduct functional performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities.
- Review project plans, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning schedules and reports.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test plans, test results, and system verification reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of commissioning progress and issues to project stakeholders.
- Create and update as-built documentation and O&M manuals.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams during the commissioning phase.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintenance personnel on system operations and maintenance procedures.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that all commissioning activities comply with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments related to commissioning activities.
- Adhere to quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the commissioning process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication).
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in BMS software and hardware.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control systems.
- Experience in commissioning HVAC and BMS systems for infrastructure projects such as pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, and hospitals.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
