The Interior Faculty role is a full-time/Part-time, on-site position based at the Ghaziabad center. The faculty member will plan and deliver lectures, studio sessions, and workshops in Interior Architecture Design, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and academic standards. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, guiding students through design projects, and supervising practical and studio work. The role involves mentoring students, assessing assignments and examinations, providing constructive feedback, and supporting portfolio development and industry readiness. The Interior Faculty will also participate in academic meetings, contribute to curriculum enhancement, and engage in college events, exhibitions, and industry interactions.
Qualifications
- Formal education in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong interior design knowledge, including space planning, materials and finishes, building services basics, and design theory.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software, along with basic graphic presentation skills.
- Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring experience, ideally in a design or creative education environment.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, evaluate student work, and provide clear, constructive academic feedback.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and support inclusive classroom practices.
- Industry exposure or professional practice experience in interior design projects, studios, or consultancies is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with contemporary design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle teaching load, evaluations, and academic documentation efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
