Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for individuals who want practical experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and international trade.
The selected candidate will work on real business development activities and gain hands-on exposure to domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research and business directories.
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records using CRM or Excel.
- Assist in preparing quotations and business proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support domestic and international business development activities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in speaking with business clients over phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, internet research).
- Strong willingness to learn sales, business development, and international trade.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, International Business, or a related degree.
- Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Important Information
