Ghaziabad Mechfab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager – Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete QA/QC operations
- Handle fabrication & welding quality inspections
- Ensure compliance with quality standards & client requirements
- Manage quality audits, NCRs & corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, projects & client teams
- Maintain quality documentation & inspection reports
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience in PEB / Steel Structure / Heavy Fabrication industry
- Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures & welding standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in handling client inspections and audits
Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
