Key Responsibility
- Lead packaging design projects from concept development to final production.
- Design packaging for pens, gift sets, collections, and other product categories.
- Develop packaging layouts, die lines, typography systems, information hierarchy, and visual narratives.
- Create communication assets across print, digital, retail, e-commerce, and marketing touchpoints.
- Develop product launches, promotional creatives, catalogues, brochures, presentations, and other brand communication materials.
- Translate brand strategy and product positioning into clear and engaging visual communication.
- Maintain consistency across the SUBMARINE and other brand/product identities.
- Explore new creative directions while ensuring designs remain commercially relevant and production ready.
- Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution.

Skills Set
- Prepare and check artwork for production, including print specifications, die lines, finishes, and pre-press requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Review and guide the work of junior designers when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
