Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager with strong experience in PVC Casing Pipes / Borewell Pipes / Plumbing Products to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen channel networks across the assigned territory. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of dealer networks, borewell contractors, plumbers, and infrastructure segments.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for PVC casing pipes.
- Identify new business opportunities in borewell, agriculture, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
- Expand market share in the assigned territory.
2. Channel Management
- Appoint and develop dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Ensure proper stock availability and market coverage.
3. Market Development
- Promote brand visibility through field activities, plumber meets, and contractor engagement.
- Conduct site visits and generate demand from borewell contractors and engineers.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
4. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, production, and accounts for smooth operations.
- Guide and support sales executives or territory officers (if applicable).
5. Collections & Credit Control
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and distributors.
- Monitor credit limits and minimize outstanding dues.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track performance metrics and market trends.
Key Requirements:Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in sales of PVC casing pipes / CPVC / UPVC / HDPE pipes
- Strong exposure to borewell segment is mandatory
Education:
- Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent dealer/distributor network in the territory
- Market knowledge of PVC casing pipes and applications
- Ability to work independently and drive results
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in companies like leading pipe brands (e.g., Astral, Finolex, Supreme, etc.)
- Strong connect with borewell contractors, plumbers, and retailers

Compensation:
