Duties & Responsibilities of Principal
- Ensuring that academic policies, curriculum and Standard Operating Procedures are followed
- Overseeing the curriculum and instructional programs to ensure they meet the needs of students.
- Monitoring and evaluating facilitators practices to ensure high standards of education.
- Establishing and communicating a clear vision and mission for the school.
- Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
- Helping facilitators maximize their teaching potential
- Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
- Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and facilitators
- Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution
- Enforcing discipline when necessary
- Providing an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide guidance, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements for Principal
- Post Graduate / Graduate with M.Ed/B.Ed with at least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or principal position in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- An accomplished educationist with 5 years of experience
- Communication skills to develop a productive educational experience for both facilitators and students
- Problem solving skills to enhance teacher performance and improve student grades
