Job Summary
SAP - HCM-OM/PA/PTM Consultant Sr
Design, configure and support SAP ECC HCM Organization Management, Personnel Administration and Personnel Time Management processes.
- Lead workshops and configure organizational structures, personnel actions, infotypes, features, dynamic actions and workflows.
- Configure work schedules, absence/attendance, quotas, time evaluation and time-transfer requirements.
- Define integration among OM, PA, PTM, payroll, finance, identity and external time systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and configure organizational structures, personnel actions, infotypes, features, dynamic actions and workflows.
- Configure work schedules, absence/attendance, quotas, time evaluation and time-transfer requirements.
- Define integration among OM, PA, PTM, payroll, finance, identity and external time systems.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and user guidance.
- Support employee and organizational data migration, validation and reconciliation.
- Execute SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, cutover and hypercare activities.
- Advise on standardization, controls and country-specific HR requirements.
Skill Requirements
- SAP ECC HCM consulting experience in OM, PA and PTM/time management.
- Hands-on configuration of infotypes, actions, structures, work schedules, quotas and time evaluation.
- Integration knowledge with payroll and surrounding HR systems.
- Experience with data migration, testing and functional specifications.
- Strong HR process understanding and stakeholder communication.
