About the Role
Jetking Kochi Learning Center is looking for a passionate and motivated English and Personality Development Trainer to join our Placement Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing students' communication, personality, and employability skills through structured training programs. This role involves preparing students to confidently face interviews and succeed in today's competitive job market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student batches and ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Prepare course modules, lesson plans, and training materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Conduct classroom sessions as per the approved course material and training schedule.
- Train students in spoken English, business communication, personality development, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment and industry interviews through structured interview training based on current HR practices.
- Conduct monthly mock interviews and evaluate student performance by providing detailed feedback and improvement plans.
- Offer one-on-one mentoring and personal counselling sessions to help students improve their communication, confidence, and professional skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with the Placement Department to ensure students are industry-ready and placement-ready.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Graduation in any discipline).
- Additional certifications in English language training, Soft Skills, Personality Development, or Train-the-Trainer programs will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in English language training, personality development, soft skills training, or corporate training.
- Experience in interview preparation and student mentoring is preferred.
