Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-focused Senior Frontend Engineer with 4–5 years of enterprise-level experience to drive the architecture, performance, and user experience of Tiffexx web platforms. In this role, you will lead the transition toward hyper-performant, modular, and highly accessible user interfaces, setting rigorous standards for frontend engineering excellence across our MERN stack products.
Core Technical Stack Required
- React.js, Next.js / SSR architectures
- TypeScript (strict mode compliance)
- State Management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
- Styling & UI: TailwindCSS, CSS Modules
- Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel
- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), Cypress / Playwright
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Architecture & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade, highly accessible web applications utilizing React.js, TypeScript, and robust global state layers.
- Performance Optimization: Audit and systematically refactor application workflows to optimize Core Web Vitals, minimize bundle sizes via code-splitting/lazy loading, and implement strategic client-side caching.
- State & Data Management: Establish clean abstraction layers to handle complex asynchronous application pipelines, offline-first states, and real-time WebSocket or data polling mechanics.
- Component Library Ownership: Author and scale a robust, reusable, atomic-designed UI component library fully compliant with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Technical Leadership: Partner directly with the CTO and Product Managers to map functional product requirements to resilient architectural solutions, leading code reviews and mentoring engineering peers.
Required Experience & Technical Background
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional engineering depth delivering production-ready frontend solutions inside modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
- State Management Depth: Deep, unassisted experience handling complex, highly nested client-side global state, caching invalidation rules, and race-condition preventions.
- Build Systems & Bundlers: Concrete understanding of frontend build automation systems, dependency graphs, tree-shaking mechanisms, and production build configurations.
- Testing Rigor: Strong professional background in automated UI validation testing using unit, integration, and End-to-End (E2E) automation platforms.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
