Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to disuss our services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries
- Convert leads into confirmed admission.
- Maintain proper call records and update daily reports.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, packages, and subscription plans.
- Coordinate with Operations team for scheduling confirmed services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
