Job Summary
KAS Home Elevators is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Bengaluru region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, developing strategic business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, builders, interior designers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to ensure target achievement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present business updates to management.
- Travel across Bengaluru and nearby regions for client meetings and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru and nearby regions.
- Experience in elevators, construction, real estate, or building materials is preferred.
