- 12th Pass or Above
- Minimum experience in Ticketing, Chat, or Blended Process
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali (all three languages are mandatory)
- Must be a Kolkata-based candidate
- Only experienced candidates are eligible
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Immediate joiners are preferred.
