Job Summary
PT Ecological Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Solar Energy Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, conducting customer meetings, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets for rooftop solar systems, commercial solar projects, industrial solar installations, and renewable energy solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and government sectors.
- Promote rooftop solar systems, captive solar projects, and renewable energy solutions.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and site assessments.
- Understand customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing inquiries, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, builders, industries, housing societies, and facility management companies.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM database.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Address customer queries and provide post-sales support when required.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, government policies, and solar subsidy schemes.
- Identify upcoming solar projects and business opportunities.
- Provide regular market feedback and business insights to management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, proposals, and orders.
- Submit daily activity reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation for project approvals and contract execution.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or Engineering preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar Sales, Renewable Energy Sales, Electrical Products Sales, Industrial Equipment Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may be considered for junior roles.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of solar power systems and renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
