Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide insights
- Assist in contract drafting and review
- Support compliance and data privacy initiatives
- Handle basic IP-related tasks
- Participate in document review and due diligence
- Maintain legal records and documentation
- Provide general legal and administrative support
Qualifications:
- Legal graduates.
- Freshers or 6 months experienced Candidates
- Genuine interest in technology law and IT-related legal matters.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and resources.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
