Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest and leads

- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations with decision-makers across various industries
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress
- Negotiate terms with clients confidently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and handle objections effectively
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies
