Li & Li Couture is a premium online kidswear couture brand specializing in handcrafted gowns and occasion wear for children.
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and strong Production Supervisor to manage and coordinate our production unit operations.
Note: This is a fashion boutique / garment production role. Candidates from logistics, warehouse, mechanical, automobile, or industrial production backgrounds are not suitable for this position.Preferred Background
Candidates with experience or education in:
- Fashion Designing
- Garment Technology
- Boutique Tailoring Supervision
- Apparel Production Coordination
- Couture or Designer Wear Production
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing, Garment Technology, Apparel Production, or related field preferred.
- Freshers with strong leadership qualities are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in boutique, garment, tailoring, or production supervision are preferred.
- Basic Hindi communication skills are preferred for coordinating with stitching and production staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Supervision & Coordination
- Coordinate the garment production process from cutting to finishing.
- Ensure smooth workflow between all departments.
- Maintain production discipline, efficiency, and timely execution.
2. Daily Production Planning
Prepare and organize daily production activities, including:
- Garment cutting plans
- Tailoring plans
- Handwork allocation
- Embellishment planning
- Finishing and delivery scheduling
The candidate should:
- Understand production priorities
- Decide which designs/orders should begin first
- Manage work based on urgency, complexity, and delivery timelines
3. Quality Control & Problem Handling
- Monitor garment quality and finishing standards throughout production.
- Identify issues in:
- Cutting
- Stitching
- Fitting
- Embellishment
- Finishing
- Coordinate corrections immediately.
- Ensure premium finishing quality as per brand standards.
4. Material & Production Management
- Monitor fabric stock and raw material usage.
- Coordinate materials required for production.
- Maintain proper organization of:
- Fabrics
- Embellishments
- Trims
- Laces
- Beads
- Accessories
5. Team Handling & Leadership
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Handle tailors, handwork staff, and production workers confidently.
- Ensure instructions are properly followed by the team.
