Role Overview
We're looking for an App Developer to work across our suite of ongoing project applications — building, maintaining, and shipping features across web and mobile. You'll work closely with the founding team, taking real ownership of features used by real end users, not just writing code in isolation.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain features across our applications' core modules
- Develop and iterate on our web and mobile apps
- Work with our backend team to integrate APIs and data flows
- Contribute to product workflows and our design system
- Debug, test, and deploy across environments
- Collaborate directly with founders on product decisions — your input will shape the roadmap, not just the codebase
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with modern web and/or mobile app frameworks
- Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and relational databases
- Comfort working in a small team where you'll wear multiple hats
- Someone who wants to build, not just maintain — you enjoy figuring things out and shipping fast
- Bonus: exposure to backend frameworks or real estate/construction-tech domains
