Key Responsibilities
- Provide career guidance and counseling to prospective and existing students based on their interests, aptitude, and career goals
- Conduct student profiling (academic background, financial capacity, career objectives) to recommend suitable courses
- Explain course offerings, career pathways, and industry relevance of programs
- Drive student enrollments by converting walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into admissions
- Handle admission counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, and virtual)
- Maintain and update student records, counseling data, and MIS reports
Student Engagement & Support
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure high engagement and retention
- Provide continuous career support and motivation throughout the course duration
- Address student queries, concerns, and objections effectively
- Guide students on placement opportunities and career progression
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with faculty, placement team, and center operations for smooth student journey
- Participate in center activities like seminars, workshops, and career events
- Support placement drives and interview preparation sessions
- Ensure proper documentation for admissions, fees, and compliance
Sales & Business Contribution
- Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Maintain conversion ratios and pipeline tracking
- Assist in executing local marketing and promotional activities
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and revenue
- Track student attendance, performance, and feedback
- Ensure adherence to center policies and processes
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good counseling and persuasion abilities
- Basic understanding of career trends and job market
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
