Job Title: IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (IT Hardware, Software & Networking)Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive business growth by promoting IT Hardware, Software, Networking, Security, and Managed IT Solutions to enterprise and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales.
- Promote and sell IT Hardware, Software, Networking, Cloud, Security, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans, and territory growth strategies.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to order execution and payment collection.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of IT Hardware, Software, Networking, Security, Cloud, or IT Services.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and corporate sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate technology solutions.
- Strong business acumen with a target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Experience in handling the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, order closure, and payment follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
