Job Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a dispatch executive. The dispatch executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with assigning carriers and processing shipments, monitoring carrier performance, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments to customers. The dispatch executive will work closely with operations, customer service, and carriers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help maintain accurate logs of dispatched items, delivery trucks, and tracking numbers.
- File and update dispatch documentation digitally.
- Support the dispatch team in preparing and processing daily orders.
- Help ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers or distribution points.
- Communicate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to confirm order details.
- Coordinating with different teams like sales team, etc.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Experience in dispatching, transportation or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
- Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s or master's in Supply Chain or Transportation Management is preferred
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
