Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer who can build scalable, high-performance web applications from frontend to backend. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust, maintainable software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
· Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.
· Develop secure, scalable, and well-documented RESTful APIs.
· Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
· Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
· Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
· Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
· Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
What We're Looking For
· 1-5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
· Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
· Experience with Next.js and Express.js.
· Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
· Experience with MongoDB and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
· Strong understanding of REST API development and third-party API integrations.
· Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
· Understanding of authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and web security best practices.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good to Have
· Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
· Familiarity with Redis, WebSockets, or GraphQL.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
· Exposure to gaming, esports, or real-time applications.
