Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy defining architecture standards and best practices for managing user identities and access across the organization
- Lead the implementation and integration of IAM solutions like Okta Azure AD Active Directory across various systems and applications ensuring seamless user experience and security
- Investigate and address IAM related security incidents identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts principles and industry best practices
- Expertise in leading IAM technologies like Okta Azure AD Active Directory SailPoint
- Experience with scripting languages eg Python PowerShell for automation and integration
- Strong knowledge of security protocols eg SAML OAuth OpenID Connect
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver solutions on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
- Security certifications eg CISSP CISM CIAM are often preferred
