Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team handling international voice calls
- Ensure quality, productivity, and SLA adherence
- Handle customer escalations and performance tracking
- Conduct team coaching, reviews, and reporting
Requirements:
- Graduate with team handling experience in international voice process
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to work night/rotational shifts

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
