Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle GST returns, TDS filings, tax assessments, and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Review accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure timely completion of financial activities.
- Monitor banking transactions, reconciliations, and fund management.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain financial confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory audits.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
