Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: -
- Manage Payroll and attandance part manually as well as in software
- Maintain and Update employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves and benefits.
- Payroll processing and ensure accuracy with attandance and leave data.
- Implement and Monitor HR Policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in Training and Induction programs.
- Ensure Compliance statutory requirements and company overall policies for
- Manage employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary processes professionally
Required Skill & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR Processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good Organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Ms Office.
- Problem Solving and decision making abilities.
