Job Description:-
- 3-5 years of experience in billing and estimation for building projects (residential/commercial) with a contractor or PMC in India
- Hands-on experience in preparing RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills including measurement sheets and supporting documentation

Strong quantity take-off skills from architectural and structural drawings for RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, and basic MEP itemsGood understanding of contract BOQ, item descriptions, specifications, and rate analysis for civil worksProficiency in MS Excel for preparing measurement sheets, abstracts, and cost comparisonsAbility to coordinate with site engineers for joint measurements and resolve quantity/billing discrepanciesWorking knowledge of relevant IS codes and standard methods of measurement for civil works
