Job Title: Marketing Executive
Role Overview:
The Marketing Executive – Field Sales is responsible for promoting the amusement park by building relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, travel agencies, and local communities. The role focuses on generating group bookings, increasing visitor footfall, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporate offices, travel agencies, and local communities to promote the amusement park and its offerings.
- Generate group bookings for school excursions, college tours, corporate outings, and special events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, management teams, HR departments, event coordinators, and community leaders.
- Conduct presentations and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of the park's attractions, packages, and seasonal offers.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the park's customer base.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and visitor targets.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Prepare daily visit reports, lead reports, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of group visits and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the organization professionally and uphold the company's brand image during all field activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
