We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to drive growth in our Healthcare Equipment division through Government Tenders and CSR-funded projects.
The role focuses on developing business opportunities by helping corporates, PSUs, foundations, and philanthropic organizations channel their CSR investments into impactful healthcare infrastructure and medical equipment projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the complete business development lifecycle - from lead generation and proposal development to project execution.
This position requires frequent travel, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
Government Tender Development & Management
- Identify, track, and evaluate Government Tender opportunities related to medical equipment, healthcare infrastructure, and healthcare projects across central and state government departments.
- Regularly monitor procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, and other relevant tender platforms to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents, technical bids, commercial proposals, and compliance documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of bid requirements and adherence to procurement guidelines and tender specifications.
CSR Business Development
- Identify and engage with corporate organizations, PSUs, foundations, and philanthropic institutions seeking to implement healthcare initiatives through CSR programs.
- Position healthcare infrastructure and medical equipment solutions aligned with CSR objectives and social impact goals.
- Prepare presentations, concept notes, proposals, and project reports for CSR and healthcare initiatives.
Lead Generation & Relationship Management
- Actively generate and nurture leads through networking, industry events, outreach to CSR teams, healthcare institutions, government agencies, and partner organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, corporate decision-makers, government authorities, hospitals, charitable institutions, NGOs, OEMs, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop long-term partnerships to create recurring business opportunities.
Healthcare Project Development & Execution
- Coordinate with hospitals, government healthcare institutions, charitable organizations, and NGOs to assess medical equipment requirements, project feasibility, and implementation needs.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from opportunity identification and stakeholder engagement to proposal submission, negotiation, tender award, and partnership confirmation.
- Work closely with internal teams, OEMs, suppliers, and partner organizations to ensure smooth project execution, equipment deployment, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Reporting & Field Engagement
- Visit government offices, healthcare institutions, corporate offices, CSR events, and partner organizations to develop opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support project implementation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track tender and CSR opportunity pipelines, monitor engagement progress, and prepare regular business development and management reports.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Government Tenders, GeM, healthcare equipment sales, CSR projects, institutional sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender documentation, bid management, and public procurement systems.
- Experience in public health, healthcare, or CSR initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, events, client visits, and business development activities.
- Preference for candidates who own a two-wheeler for local travel.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in medical equipment, healthcare infrastructure, diagnostics, hospital projects, or healthcare consulting.
- Existing network within CSR departments, PSUs, government hospitals, healthcare institutions, NGOs, or philanthropic organizations.
- Hands-on experience with GeM bidding, tender qualification requirements, and government procurement procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
