Profile Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager with 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and executing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, and SEO Analytics, with the ability to improve organic rankings, traffic, and overall website performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Manage and optimize On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Plan and execute quality link-building and off-page SEO campaigns.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, and Screaming Frog.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers/content teams for improvements.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and track campaign progress.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO trends.
Required Skills
- 1–2+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools.
- Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of link-building strategies and SEO best practices.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
