Role Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the Clinical Research division, ensuring seamless execution of studies, optimal resource utilization, operational efficiency, and compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. The role will work to drive operational excellence, team productivity, and study delivery across all ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operational execution of all clinical studies conducted at Mascot Spincontrol.
- Ensure studies are conducted as per approved protocols, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor study progress, and operational deliverables across multiple studies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth study conduct.
Resource & Capacity Planning
- Manage resource allocation and workforce planning across clinical projects.
- Ensure optimal utilization of clinical operations personnel and study-related resources.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Clinical Operations team.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance study execution and client experience.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to support study execution.
- Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management when required.
- Support the Clinical HOD in strategic planning, departmental initiatives, and business growth activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in operations management, or related field.
- 4 – 5 years of experience in Operations, preferably within a CRO environment.
- Proven experience in managing teams, operations, and resource planning.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
