Job Description:
Driven and target-oriented Sales Executive with 1 years of experience in B2B lead
generation and outbound sales within IT and ERP solutions. Proven ability to identify
high-value prospects, initiate conversations through cold outreach, and build a qualified
sales pipeline. Skilled in engaging IT decision-makers and converting outreach efforts
into meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building:
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online research
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B prospects across target industries
- Identify key decision-makers and map organizational structures
Outbound Sales & Prospect Engagement:
- Initiate outbound communication with prospects and introduce IT and ERP solutions
- Tailor messaging to align with business needs and pain points
- Drive initial interest and qualify opportunities for further engagement Appointment
Setting & Demo Coordination:
- Schedule product demos with IT decision-makers including CTOs, IT Heads, and DevOps teams
- Ensure effective coordination and follow-ups to maximize meeting conversions
Lead Qualification & Conversion Support:
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and readiness
- Support the sales team in progressing opportunities toward closure
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to improve conversion rates
CRM & Follow-Up Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Execute structured follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
Marketing & Sales Alignment:
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Leverage campaign insights to refine prospecting strategies
