We are a growing Paradigm Tiles & Quartz Warehouse Unit based in Hyderabad, specializing in the storage, distribution, and supply of premium tiles and quartz surfaces. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, inventory records, invoicing, and warehouse documentation.
Accounts & Billing
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, quotations, delivery challans, and e-way bill documentation (if applicable).
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Record receipts, payments, bank transactions, and petty cash.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist with GST data preparation and monthly accounting reports.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for tiles and quartz slabs.
- Record inward and outward movement of stock.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates and dispatches.
Documentation & MIS
- Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase orders, transport documents, and warehouse records.
- Generate daily and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts, Billing, Inventory, or Warehouse Accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
