Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and optimize catalogues across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure proficiency in leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and engagement to enhance user satisfaction.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and report performance metrics.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to boost sales efficiency.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies for e-commerce SEO.
- Oversee social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
- Manage payment gateways and resolve transaction issues promptly.
- Optimize User Experience (UX) for seamless website navigation and functionality.
- Handle product photography and ensure visually appealing merchandising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and manage CRM tools.
- Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory e-commerce requirements.
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Manage Amazon accounts efficiently, including account health and promotions.
- Design and update product catalogues to maintain accuracy and appeal.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in E-Commerce Management, Digital Marketing, or SEO are a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, or online sales operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through e-commerce strategies and optimization.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret web analytics and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of catalogue design and product photography best practices.
- Good to Have Qualifications:
- Experience in toy manufacturing, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in e-commerce.
