Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Building Admin / Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the building premises. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of facilities, coordinate maintenance activities, and support occupants with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the building premises
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, generator, lift, and other facility systems
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance work through vendors/service providers
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, and vendor services
- Support office administration and tenant coordination activities
- Monitor utility usage and report any operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
- Assist in handling visitor management and building access coordination
- Coordinate procurement of maintenance materials and supplies
- Handle emergency situations and escalate issues to management when required
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two
- Prior experience in building administration, facility management, or caretaker role preferred
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and administrative tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage vendors and support staff effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication) preferred
- Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented attitude
Working Hours
- As per organizational requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
