Responsibilities
- Search for suitable job opportunities on German job portals.
- Apply for jobs on behalf of clients.
- Customize resumes and cover letters based on job requirements.
- Maintain job application records and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents.
- Monitor application status and ensure timely submissions.
- Stay updated on the German job market and hiring trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Good internet research skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven environment.
