Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in store management, inventory management, central purchase, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Experience managing inventory for multiple branches/outlets will be preferred.
- Experience in salon, beauty, wellness, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar multi-location businesses will be an advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in local purchasing, material collection, and branch deliveries will be preferred.
Major Job Responsibilities1. Central Store Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the JAJI'S Central Purchase Store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and systematic storage facility.
- Ensure proper identification and categorization of all materials.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and appropriately.
2. Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate records of all inward, outward, transferred, and closing stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/register balances.
- Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
3. Branch Stock Management
- Coordinate material requirements from all salon branches and the skin clinic.
- Review branch stock requests and arrange approved materials.
- Prepare and maintain Branch Transfer Notes / Material Issue Notes.
- Ensure materials are delivered to the correct branch in the correct quantity & time.
- Obtain acknowledgement from the receiving branch.
- Track pending transfers and unresolved stock discrepancies.

4. Skin Clinic Inventory
- Maintain separate and accurate stock records for the skin clinic.
- Monitor skincare products, consumables, treatment materials, and other clinic requirements.
- Monitor batch numbers and expiry dates wherever applicable.
- Ensure appropriate storage and handling of clinic-related materials.
- Immediately report shortages, expiry risks, damages, or discrepancies to management.
5. Purchase Coordination
- Collect purchase requirements from branches and departments.
- Consolidate requirements wherever possible to improve purchasing efficiency.
- Coordinate with approved suppliers.
- Collect quotations when required.
- Coordinate material purchases after obtaining the required approval.
- Follow company-approved vendors and purchasing procedures.
- Avoid unauthorized or unnecessary purchases.
6. Material Receiving
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify:
- Quantity
- Quality
- Brand/specification
- Size/packaging
- Batch/expiry where applicable
- Invoice/Delivery Note
- Record shortages, damages, or incorrect supplies immediately.
- Ensure all received materials are properly entered into the stock register.
7. Transportation & Branch Deliveries
- Personally coordinate and undertake local material collection and branch deliveries whenever required.
- Maintain a proper delivery schedule for branches.
- Ensure materials are safely transported and delivered on time.
- Maintain a vehicle/trip log for official travel.
- Ensure the company vehicle, if assigned, is maintained properly.
- Ensure valid driving licence and required vehicle documents are maintained.
8. Stock Transfer Documentation
Every movement of material should be properly documented.
Maintain:
- Material Requisition
- Purchase Order, where applicable
- Goods Received Note
- Central Store Issue Register
- Branch Transfer Note
- Branch Receiving Acknowledgement
- Stock Adjustment Register
- Return/Replacement Register
9. Stock Reconciliation & Reporting
Prepare and submit:
- Daily inward/outward report
- Branch transfer report
- Weekly stock status
- Monthly physical stock report
- Stock variance report
- Expiry/near-expiry report
- Purchase requirement report
- Slow-moving/non-moving stock report
- Branch-wise inventory report
10. Cost & Stock Control
- Prevent unnecessary accumulation of stock.
- Monitor stock movement and consumption patterns.
- Identify abnormal consumption.
- Reduce material wastage, damage, and expiry.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Support management in reducing procurement and inventory costs.
11. Coordination With Branches
- Maintain regular communication with branch managers.
- Follow up on pending material requests.
- Ensure branches acknowledge received materials.
- Resolve stock-related discrepancies with branches.
- Conduct branch stock verification visits when instructed.
12. Compliance & Accountability
- Ensure no material leaves the Central Store without proper authorization/documentation.
- Immediately report suspected stock misuse, unauthorized purchases, shortages, or irregularities.
- Maintain confidentiality of purchase prices, vendor details, and company information.
- Follow all company SOPs and management instructions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
