As we continue expanding our presence on Amazon, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Associate to support and manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations.

management, advertising, and marketplace growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central order management.
- Knowledge of SKU management and bulk order processing.
- Experience with single and bulk tracking updates while minimizing Late Shipment Rate.
- Ability to monitor shipments and maintain accurate fulfillment records.
- Experience handling customer queries through Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging.
- Knowledge of returns, refunds, order cancellations, and Amazon policies.
- Understanding of Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee Claims and Seller Feedback management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, conditional formatting).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to follow SOPs while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
● 1–3 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central or marketplace operations.
● Basic understanding of Amazon listings, FBA/FBM operations, and PPC advertising.
● Strong analytical and Excel skills.
● Good communication and coordination abilities.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with Amazon Canada or US marketplaces.
● Familiarity with tools such as Helium10 or similar platforms.
● Experience in e-commerce, retail, or multi-SKU businesses is a plus.
Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
