Job Description: Associate – Graphic Designer
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM (5 Days working)
About the Role: We’re looking for an Marketplace Graphic Designer to create compelling, high-converting visual content online. You will be responsible for designing product listing technical images, Brand and A+ Premium content, storefront graphics, and promotional creatives that drive clicks, engagement, and sales across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Target E-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging product listing images optimized for online marketplaces (hero images, lifestyle images, infographics, comparison charts, etc.)
- Create Brand / A+ Premium Enhanced Brand Content and storefront visuals (Amazon)
- Develop promotional banners, ads, and campaign creatives
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketplace compliance standards
- Optimize visuals for conversion (CTR, engagement, and sales performance)
- Collaborate with marketing team to bring concepts to life
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, design best practices, and competitor strategies
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
- 2+ years of graphic design experience (e-commerce or marketplace experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketplace or product listing designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing conversion-focused graphics
- Ability to interpret data and feedback into design improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have experience with Amazon Marketplace
- Understanding of e-commerce marketing principles that help drive sales and conversions
- Working knowledge and experience using Ai generative tools for visual content
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
