Position: Scheduler / Recruiter (Remote)
Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days a Week
Shift: 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Dallas, Texas Time)
We are looking for a motivated and organized Scheduler / Recruiter (Remote) with proven U.S. recruiting experience to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be recruiting qualified CNAs for our senior living facilities, along with assisting with caregiver scheduling and staffing.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified CNAs and caregivers for our U.S.-based senior living facilities.
- Post job openings and source candidates through U.S. job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with management.
- Verify CNA certifications, background checks, and required employment documents.
- Assist with onboarding and maintain accurate employee/compliance records.
- Schedule caregivers and fill open and last-minute shifts.
- Maintain a pool of qualified and available CNAs.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, caregivers, and management.
Requirements
- Previous U.S. recruiting experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience recruiting CNAs, caregivers, or healthcare professionals in the U.S. is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. hiring and onboarding processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office/WellSky).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work night shifts according to Dallas time.
