Alphabet Campus Preschool is looking for passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teachers to join our team. We are seeking educators who love working with young children and are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor children's progress and maintain records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development.
- Prepare teaching aids and classroom displays.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of every child.
Requirements:
- Graduate with NTT, Montessori, D.Ed., B.Ed., or relevant Early Childhood Education qualification.
- Freshers with a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage).
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
