Job Title: Telecaller / Patient Care Executive
Industry: Hospital / Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls from patients and visitors professionally.
- Make outgoing calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, health packages, and feedback collection.
- Provide information regarding doctors’ availability, hospital services, departments, and consultation timings.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Transfer calls to concerned departments such as billing, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing station, or emergency.
- Maintain patient call records and update data in the system.
- Ensure proper communication etiquette and patient satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Polite and patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or customer service preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
