Job Title: Data Entry Executive
Location : Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year hands on experience in Advance Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, All formulas, shortcuts Compulsory)

Company Details: A Pharmaceutical company is looking for an efficient Data Entry Executive with proficiency in Advance Excel to manage, maintain, and update company data accurately. The candidate must have strong Excel knowledge, excellent typing speed, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy. The Company is located at The corporate Park Vashi. This business park is 5 minutes away from Sanpada railway station & 10 Mins away from Vashi station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets and company software
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors whenever required
- Prepare MIS reports and daily data reports
- Organize and maintain records systematically
- Perform data cleaning, formatting, and validation
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Adv Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Hlookup, Pivot Tables etc)
- Fast typing speed with good accuracy
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, shortcuts, and data handling
- Basic computer and email handling skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 Year hands on experience in Advance Excel as data entry executive is compulsory
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai or nearby locations preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and skills.
It is upto 23000/- inhand.
